Concours de Bordeaux Vins d'Aquitaine - Bronze
The Les Trois Manoirs is an area of Medoc that owns, operates and distributes Cruchon family, the Château Chantemerle . Its 17 hectares of vineyards occupy a soil of serious stony and well-draining girondines , where the three grape varieties of the cuvée - 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot - are particularly at their ease. After manual harvesting, the vinification is typically Médocaine, with thermoregulated vats, plot work and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. This Medoc is a well structured wine , fruity, corpulent , with woody tannins and a good ability to keep, around 10 years the good vintages.
