Aged for a minimum of 2 years in French Limousin oak, our Apple Brandy is complex enough to be enjoyed neat in a snifter, but also wonderful in any cocktail calling for brandy, applejack or Calvados. Chefs love it for deglazing pan-fried pork chops, soaking a fruitcake, or stabilizing a sorbet. Some of our favorite cocktails are made using our Apple Brandy, including the Jack Rose. It’s also delicious in a hot toddy, or in spiced cider.
