A pure still rum, 'enhanced' in port casks, which adds a berry fruit character to a spirit that is intensely estery (bruised bananas and fermenting pineapple). Limited to 1296 bottles.

Recipe:
A Day at the Beach
1 oz Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Amaretto
4 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
Shake rum, amaretto and orange juice with ice and pour into a highball glass over ice. Top with grenadine and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry.
