Fantinel Brut Rose. If you are a sparkling wine fan then this is a wine that you will want to try. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir and is delicious! It is on my must have for summer list for sure! With a soft rose colour in the glass and its nose and palate filled with the aromas and flavours of soft cherries, strawberries, and just a hint of orange rind this wine is just tasty fun in for your glass. I love this wine on its own but it is fabulous when served with berry salads, peel and each shrimp or BBQ chicken. Enjoy!Italy's famous sparkler is soft and fruit forward with a delicate mouthfeel.

Brut non vintage:
Scrambled eggs,Any mushroom dish Nuts, especially almonds Popcorn and potato crisps Cheese- especially hard cheeses such as parmesan, gouda or cheddar. Pasta or risotto-especially with cream or mushroom sauce.
Avoid heavy tomato-based sauces as the acidity clashes with the high acidity of the champagne.
Thin crust pizza, but not with heavy tomato-based topping.
