Product Notes:
English Harbour 5 Year Old is a medium-bodied, spicy, and smooth rum with luscious flavors of smoke, brown sugar, coconut, tangerine, and chocolate. Distilled in copper pot stills and judiciously aged in oak casks, this is a strikingly flavorful rum at a surprising price.
English Harbour Rum (5 Years) Rum is easy-going and sweet, but absolutely delicious and highly recommended if starting out with rum. Distilled in copper-piped continuous stills in Antigua, where the climate is particularly dry. 5-8 year old rum, and great stuff!
Scored 93 from the Beverage Testing Institute in 2006.

 About Estate:
The Antigua Distillery was founded in 1932, and has not been sold until recently in the UK. They believe there are three key elements that contribute to its quality. Firstly they use baker's yeast, which is regarded as old-fashioned by some. They also have traditional copper stills. Finally, the climate in Antigua is particularly dry, which they say leads to a qucker maturation.
