Product Notes: Cachaca Coral is double distilled and it's temperature and distilling speed is controlled inside a copper alembic with a steel inox condenser. This guarantees a lower congener and a minimum level of ethyl carbonate, combining to help maintain the flavour and smoothness and reducing any "hang over " effects more common with other cachacas. The Aged Cachaca Coral is stored for a minimum of 1 year in barrels made from "castanheira" and umburana", typical Brazilian wood. The aging process permits the necessary oxygenation which results in a delicious bouquet and smoothness with a national flavour.

 Recipe: The Zombie
Recipe:
1 ounce Rum (White)
1/2 ounce Créme de Noyeaux
1 1/2 ounces Sweet & Sour Mix
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1 1/2 ounces Orange Juice
1/2 ounce 151 Proof Rum
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients (except 151-proof rum) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Float the 151-proof rum on top, add a cherry (if desired), and serve with a straw.
