About the Wines
Cristal: A steady stream of lustrous gold, cascading into a creamy mousse and a profusion of delicate bubbles. A very fine, very complex, constantly evolving bouquet. Opening notes of ripe, white-fleshed fruits and dried fruits give rise to a melody of white flowers, butter, brioche and toast. The attack is straightforward and smooth. On the palate, the wine has tremendous presence, creating a sensation of creaminess, flexibility and fullness. The texture is fine and silky; the taste rich, without the least trace of heaviness, overlaying indulgent flavors of ripe and dried fruits with a delicate vinosity. A long finish, sustained by tremendous aromatic persistence and a fine freshness. A wine of great purity, a perfect fusion of power and finesse.
Brut Premier: It is a gilded color, with fine bubbles and a nose of fresh fruit and hawthorn. A smooth and complex palate, with mingling fruit flavors of pear and apple, and red fruits of blackberry, raspberry and cherry, with notes of toast and almonds. A pleasurable wine, smooth and open.
