Are California wines really all that special?
That was the question posed in 1978 at a fateful San Francisco blind tasting event where a Stag’s Leap Cabernet won top honors over many of France’s most respected Premier Crus. The result was great news for California winemakers, but a huge upset for French winemakers, who had long been considered to produce superior wine.
Now it’s your turn to discover the many world-class wines coming from California. Each month you will receive two bottles of wine from the many distinct winegrowing regions of California; each wine providing a taste of the varietal, and the unique terroir of the region.
At WineGlobe, we have a very simple system for selecting wine club wines: We taste them, talk about them, and evaluate them. We look for excellent quality, varietal correctness, and uniqueness. Many of our wine club wines are from small producers who are fanatical about the quality of their grapes and the quality of their wines.

Each month you as a member will automatically receive these gems at your home or preferably at your office (an office address generally assures faster and more efficient service).
