 About Estate:
Distilled on the sunny Caribbean island of St Croix, US Virgin Islands, Jolly Roger Caribbean Rum is a highly distilled clear rum made from fermented molasses.Certainly much more refined than the raw rum Caribbean pirates drank the proclamtion on the cap "Take No Prisoners" will put you in the mood to mix this with some juice or cola and enjoy your own version of pirate grog.

Recipe:
Mojito!
Ingredients:
2-3 oz Light rum
Lime Juice (1 oz)
2 tsp Sugar
2-4 Mint sprigs (very important!)
Soda water
Preparation:
Lightly muddle (aka smash, mix, concoct, etc.) the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in a mixing glass until the sugar is dissolved and you can smell the mint. Squeeze the lime into the glass, add the rum and pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Give it your best mojo, this part is important! Strain over cracked ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig and serve.
