Louis Roederer Brut Premier: Flavors of citrus, grapefruit, yeast and brioche are accompanied by airy, fat bubbles that tickle the throat and delight the senses. The texture is creamy, with a very nice body. A great champagne, from the makers of the ultra exclusive Cristal champage.
Moet & Chandon White Star: Aromas of hazelnut, biscuits, and floral notes open up on the nose. On the palate, this wine showcases citric and yeasty characteristics, and finishes with peach and apricot. The texture is soft with pleasing acidic sensations.
Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut: Flavors of apple, citrus, toast, and butter open you up to this wine's spell. On the palate, this wine has a rich, yet soft and creamy texture. The finish persits, with flavors of citrus and yeast inviting another sip.
