Puerto Vallarta Reposado could be the smoothest Tequila you have ever tasted. Made from 100% Blue Agave and hand-crafted for a fine, smooth taste from the Los Altos region of Jalisco. Aged in small oak barrels until maturation and the Tequila has reached its natural color and perfection.

Produced for rock singer Sammy Hagar, Cabo Wabo is an extremely smooth tequila that is perfect in margaritas or straight up with a wedge of lime.

About Varietal:
Tequila is made from the blue agave plant which looks like a cactus but is a member of the lily family. For the spirit to be considered tequila it must be distilled primarily no less than 51% from the fermented juice of the blue agave. Tequilas derived from 100% blue agave are considered the best quality. Mixto tequilas make up the difference with non-agave sugars, usually from sugar cane. Tequila doesn't have a worm in it - that would be mezcal.

Recipe:
Rude Cosmopolitan
- 1 1/4 oz Jose Cuervo Clasico
- 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
(or other orange flavored liqueur)
- Juice from a whole lime
- 1 oz Cranberry juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel.
